Una batalla tras otra encabeza las nominaciones a los Globos de Oro 2026, anunciadas la mañana de este lunes. La película de Paul Thomas Anderson obtuvo un total de nueve nominaciones, entre ellas, mejor película, dirección y guion. Sentimental Value le sigue con ocho candidaturas, mientras que Sinners consiguió siete. Hamnet recibió seis nominaciones, y Frankenstein y Wicked: por siempre obtuvieron cinco.
En las categorías de televisión, The White Lotus lidera con seis nominaciones. Adolescencia le sigue con cinco, mientras que Only Murders in the Building y Severance suman cuatro nominaciones, respectivamente.
Marlon Wayans y Skye P. Marshall dieron a conocer a los nominados de 28 categorías. Los Globos de Oro premian lo mejor del año en cine y televisión y, por primera vez, en podcast. Además de los galardones a mejor película y mejor serie de televisión, así como a las actuaciones de cada rubro, dirección y guion, los premios también reconocerán la mejor actuación de stand-up comedy en televisión, y en cine, al logro cinematográfico y de taquilla.
Junto con los premios competitivos, los Globos de Oro anunciaron que Helen Mirren recibirá el Premio Cecil B. DeMille, y que Sarah Jessica Parker será distinguida con el Premio Carol Burnett. Tanto Mirren como Parker serán homenajeadas durante el especial estelar Golden Eve, que se transmitirá el jueves 8 de enero por CBS, y en streaming a través de Paramount+.
Los Globos de Oro 2026, conducidos nuevamente por la comediante Nikki Glaser, se transmitirán en vivo el domingo 11 de enero, a las 5 p.m. ET / 8 p.m. PT por CBS y Paramount+.
